Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable $300 deposit Party must arrive at least 15 min before time starts Party area will only be available for the allotted time i.e if the duration is 4-6 party will be from 4-6 exactly. (if party is late by 20 min they will have a reduction in time for that amount and will still pay full price for reserved space) All attendees of the party for a time exceeding 15 min (including adults) will be counted toward the final price as normal party admission. All party members (including adults) must wear a wrist band when in the play area. These wristbands will be worn for the entire duration of party and will be returned at the end of the party to the front desk. When wrist bands turn blue (10 min before time ends) all party members must gather their belongings so the party area can be cleaned by staff. Final payment will be due at the front desk at the end of the party when all wristbands are returned. (If food was purchased through GamingCityUsa, this will include the food price) If your party members require utensils, plates, cups, lighter for the cake or specific (family friendly) musical playlists, GamingCityUsa will provide at your request. Party areas will be decorated before hand by staff members but party members are welcome to bring additional decorations to make the space more their style.
